Digital Product Policy

Effective Date: September 6, 2026
Last Updated: September 6, 2026

This Digital Product Policy explains the terms that apply when you purchase, download, access, or use a digital product from Little Moth & Moon. Little Moth & Moon is a brand operated by Northside Marketing Inc., a Texas corporation. In this Policy, “Little Moth & Moon,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Little Moth & Moon and Northside Marketing Inc.

This Policy applies to digital planners, astrological guides, tarot related materials, workbooks, journals, printable pages, templates, wallpapers, audio files, membership downloads, and any other digital content sold or provided through littlemothandmoon.com. This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By completing a purchase, downloading a file, or accessing a digital product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Policy.

1. Digital Products

Our products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be mailed unless a product page expressly states that a physical item is included.

Product descriptions, preview images, page counts, file formats, included editions, compatibility notes, and other specifications are provided on the applicable product page. Please review that information carefully before completing a purchase.

2. Digital Delivery

After payment is successfully processed, access to the purchased product may be provided through a download page, customer account, email, or another delivery method identified during checkout.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address and for checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders. Delivery may be delayed by payment review, security screening, incorrect contact information, service provider interruptions, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.

If you do not receive access to a purchased product within a reasonable period, contact us through littlemothandmoon.com/contact/ and include your name, order number, purchase email address, and a brief description of the problem. Do not include complete payment card information.

3. Download Access and File Storage

Download links may be limited by time, number of uses, account status, or reasonable security controls. Download the files promptly and store a backup on a secure device or cloud storage service that you control.

We may assist with a replacement download when an order can be verified, but we do not guarantee permanent hosting, unlimited downloads, or indefinite access to a past purchase. We are not responsible for files lost after successful delivery because of device failure, accidental deletion, forgotten passwords, discontinued software, or loss of access to an email address or third party storage account.

4. Personal Use License

Unless a product page expressly provides a different license, each purchase grants one individual purchaser a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the digital product for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Permitted Personal Use

Subject to this Policy, you may:

  1. Download and store the product on devices that you personally own or control.
  2. Use the product in a compatible note taking, annotation, reading, or planning application for your own personal use.
  3. Print reasonable copies for your own personal use when the product is identified as printable.
  4. Create one reasonable backup copy for your own records.

The product is licensed, not sold, and the purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, artwork, written content, design, trademarks, copyright, or other intellectual property.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  1. Share, forward, upload, post, publish, distribute, sublicense, rent, lend, gift, or transfer a digital product or download link to another person.
  2. Resell, reproduce for sale, bundle, redistribute, or commercially exploit any product or portion of a product.
  3. Copy the product for clients, customers, students, employees, members, groups, classes, workshops, communities, or organizations.
  4. Remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, credits, branding, or ownership information.
  5. Claim any product, artwork, text, layout, prompt, concept expression, or design as your own.
  6. Modify, translate, adapt, trace, recolor, extract, or create derivative products for distribution, sale, publication, or commercial use.
  7. Use product content, artwork, or files to train, fine tune, test, prompt, populate, or develop an artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, dataset, image generator, text generator, or similar technology.
  8. Use automated tools, scraping, extraction, or circumvention methods to obtain or reproduce protected content.
  9. Use a product in a way that violates law, infringes another person’s rights, or misrepresents an affiliation with Little Moth & Moon.

If you need permission for classroom, client, group, professional, editorial, or commercial use, contact us before using the product. A separate written license and fee may be required.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All Sales Are Final After Digital Delivery

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately, all digital product sales are final once access or delivery has occurred. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product, did not use the product, expected a physical item, lacked compatible software or equipment, or preferred a different design or format.

Problems We Will Review

Contact us within fourteen calendar days of purchase if:

  1. You were charged more than once for the same order.
  2. The file supplied is materially corrupted or cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting.
  3. You received a materially different file from the product identified in your order.
  4. We were unable to deliver the purchased product and cannot provide working access within a reasonable period.

When a verified problem exists, we may first provide troubleshooting, a corrected file, or replacement access. If we cannot provide the product purchased, we may issue an appropriate refund. Requests are reviewed individually and may require proof of purchase, screenshots, device details, software information, or other information reasonably needed to investigate the problem.

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

7. International Consumer Rights

If the law where you reside provides a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity, or consumer guarantee right, that law may apply despite other language in this Policy.

Where legally permitted, by requesting immediate delivery or beginning the download or access process, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital content contract and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory withdrawal right once performance begins. Any checkout acknowledgment used for this purpose will be presented separately when required by applicable law.

8. Prices, Promotions, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time before purchase. A completed purchase will be charged at the price confirmed during checkout, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error where permitted by law.

Promotional prices, discount codes, launch offers, and limited time sales are subject to their stated conditions and expiration times. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or extended after expiration. Time references for Little Moth & Moon promotions are based on United States Central Time unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, fees, currency conversion charges, or payment provider charges unless they are included in the displayed total or applicable law requires another arrangement.

9. Product Compatibility

You are responsible for reviewing product specifications and confirming that your device, operating system, storage capacity, printer, application, and internet connection are suitable before purchase.

Third party applications, devices, printers, styluses, fonts, cloud services, and other tools shown or mentioned in a product description are not included unless expressly stated. We do not control third party products and cannot guarantee that a digital product will remain compatible with every current or future version of third party software or hardware.

Colors, line weights, page proportions, and print results may vary because of screen settings, device characteristics, printer settings, paper, ink, scaling, color profiles, or third party software. Such ordinary variations do not make a digital product defective.

10. Updates and Product Changes

We may correct errors, improve formatting, update links, revise content, or replace files at our discretion. Unless a product page expressly promises future updates, a purchase includes the version available at the time of purchase and does not guarantee future editions, revisions, expansions, or compatibility updates.

We may discontinue a product or delivery method. Discontinuation will not remove a properly downloaded copy already stored by the purchaser, but it may end future access or replacement availability where permitted by law.

11. Spiritual, Astrological, and Tarot Disclaimer

Little Moth & Moon products are created for personal reflection, inspiration, education, spiritual exploration, and entertainment. Astrology, tarot, moon cycle guidance, journaling prompts, rituals, and related content are interpretive practices and are not promises, predictions, diagnoses, or guarantees of a particular event or outcome.

Our products are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, investment, career, relationship, or other licensed professional advice. They are not a substitute for care or advice from a qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for your choices, actions, wellbeing, finances, relationships, and decisions.

Do not delay or disregard professional assistance because of something contained in a Little Moth & Moon product. If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may harm yourself or another person, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

12. Intellectual Property

All digital products and related materials, including text, artwork, illustrations, tarot imagery, symbols, page layouts, graphic treatments, branding, logos, photographs, downloads, and product names, are owned by or licensed to Northside Marketing Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

“Little Moth & Moon,” “The Lunaria Tarot,” associated logos, visual identities, and product names may be trademarks or proprietary brand identifiers. No license to use our trademarks, trade dress, or branding is granted by a product purchase.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in this Policy.

13. Unauthorized Use and Enforcement

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, distribution, publication, commercial use, or infringement may result in suspension of access, termination of the license, removal requests, platform reports, claims for damages, recovery of enforcement costs where permitted, or other legal action.

We may use order information, download records, file identifiers, visible or invisible markings, and other lawful methods to investigate suspected unauthorized distribution or infringement.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or a product was not delivered, contact us first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. Filing a payment dispute does not expand the license or permit continued use of a product for which payment has been reversed.

We may provide the payment processor with relevant transaction records, delivery records, download activity, communications, policy acknowledgments, and other information reasonably necessary to respond to a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will not challenge a good faith dispute when a refund or other remedy is legally required.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every file will satisfy every personal expectation, produce a particular spiritual or practical result, or remain compatible with all third party technology.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Moth & Moon and Northside Marketing Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of a digital product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a digital product will not exceed the amount actually paid for that product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Purchases by Minors

You must be at least eighteen years old or the legal age of majority where you live to make a purchase. A person under that age may purchase or use a product only with the involvement, permission, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

17. Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, this Policy and any dispute arising from it will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing a legal claim, the parties are encouraged to make a good faith effort to resolve the matter directly.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Digital Product Policy to reflect changes in our products, business practices, technology, or legal obligations. The revised Policy will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally govern that transaction, except when a change is required by law or is necessary to address security, misuse, or infringement.
